How it works
1. Photo checklist on the phone
Your cleaner opens the site checklist and works through it: lobby, offices, restrooms, break room, floors, trash, sign-off. Each area gets marked done and at least one photo is attached. The entry carries a timestamp nobody can quietly change.
2. Supervisor scores
A supervisor rates each area 1 to 5 on the weekly walk-through, in the same app. Low scores come back to the crew as a fix list with a due date, not as a rumor passed down in the break room.
3. Monthly proof report
On the first of the month, the client gets a one-page PDF automatically: every visit logged, every area checked, the supervisor score for the site, and every issue closed with a fix photo. A quiet month and a busy month both show up honestly.
4. Issue log to a verified fix
When a client complains, the complaint goes in the log with the date and a photo of the problem. The crew re-cleans, a fix photo goes up, and the entry only closes when the supervisor signs off. "We are looking into it" becomes a record.
5. Records that outlast staff
Records are append-only, so nothing gets edited after the fact and nothing disappears when a cleaner leaves. When a contract comes up for renewal, you have twelve months of records to point to instead of relying on memory.
6. Your name stays clean
MopLogic is proof and quality records only. It never claims to certify cleaning quality and never replaces a supervisor. The work is yours; this is the record of it.
What the client sees every month
Photo rules: no photos of people, no photos in restrooms, locker rooms, exam rooms, or any space where people expect privacy, and no photos of personal items, documents, screens, or private information. Questions owners ask
Does MopLogic do scheduling, invoicing, or payroll?
No, and it never will. MopLogic is proof and quality records only: photo checklists, supervisor scores, monthly proof reports, and an issue log. Your scheduling and billing tools stay exactly where they are.
What if my cleaners stage photos or check boxes without doing the work?
That is the honest worry, and no app can remove it completely. What MopLogic does is make faking hard to sustain: every entry carries a server timestamp and a site location, the supervisor scores the same areas weekly with their own eyes, and the issue log ties complaints to fixes. A staged photo survives one visit. It does not survive a month of supervisor scores and client feedback sitting next to it.
How is this different from Swept inspections?
Swept is a full operations suite for larger cleaning companies, and its inspection features sit inside a 150 dollar a month tier. MopLogic is the self-serve lane below that: proof and quality records for companies with 5 to 25 sites, at 29 or 49 dollars a month, without the operations modules you are not asking for.
My crews speak more than one language. Does the checklist?
The app checklists are written in plain, short English with a photo required at each area, so the photo does most of the talking. Multi-language checklist text is on the roadmap after launch, and pilot companies tell us which languages come first.
What happens when I cancel?
Your records stay yours. After cancellation you get 12 months of read-only access to view and download everything, then 24 months in archive where you can ask us to pull a file. No required downloads before you leave, and no lock on your own records.
Who owns the records?
You do. Your company owns every checklist, photo, score, and report created under your account. MopLogic holds them for you under the retention terms below. We never sell records and never show one company's records to anyone else.
