Commercial cleaning checklists by facility type
Every building has the same bones but a different set of things a client notices. Use these tailored checklists as the starting point for each site, then adjust to what that building's manager actually checks on. All wording below is original to MopLogic.
Every checklist builds on the core janitorial quality control checklist: the items below are what each facility type adds on top.

Make each site its own checklist
The most-used version of this idea is in MopLogic: every client site gets its own checklist with its own areas and photo points, the crew runs it on the phone, and the monthly proof report goes to the client. See how it works or grab the free inspection form PDF to start on paper.
