When a client says the cleaning was not done

Every cleaning company knows this call. The client's contact says the restrooms were missed, or the trash was not pulled, or the lobby floor looks untouched. Your crew says they did it all. Without a record, the conversation ends with a credit, a discount, or a slow erosion of trust. With a record, it ends with facts.

This page is about having an answer, not about winning. MopLogic does not guarantee contract outcomes, and no record system does. What it gives you is something to point to.

How the monthly proof report helps

On the first of each month the client gets a one-page PDF: every visit logged for that site, every area checked, the supervisor score for the month, every issue closed with a fix, and any missed visits stated plainly. When a dispute lands mid-month, both sides already share the same record of what has happened so far. The conversation starts from the report instead of from memory.

See the sample monthly proof report on the home page, or download the sample client proof report (PDF).

An anonymized example

A cleaning company with about 12 sites ran a two-week trial of the proof routine on paper plus phone photos before this site existed. In week two, a medical office manager emailed that the waiting room had not been vacuumed on Thursday. The crew lead pulled the Thursday checklist: vacuum lines photographed at 9:42 PM, supervisor score for the waiting room area that week a 4 of 5. The lead sent the timestamped photo and the checklist. The manager's reply said the day-shift staffer had probably walked through after the clean and kicked up debris, and the complaint was dropped. The company owner told us the photo ended the conversation in one email instead of three.

That is a use case, not a promise. Some disputes are real misses, and a record makes those visible too. The point of the log is that you find out which kind it is instead of guessing.
